Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to review individual Health Record Forms. This enables Lemon Lily to be aware of any health issues that may affect your treatment. Clients 16 and under must have an adult sign their consent form. Please understand that your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Late arrivals will have their length of treatment adjusted to accommodate the amount of time available. Full payment is still applied to the shortened service. At time of appointment booking, a credit card number is required in order to reserve your service. This also includes those who are booking appointments wishing to redeem gift certificates. Please be aware that Cancellations or Appointment Rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance of your Reserved Spa Treatment. NO SHOWS and failure to abide by the 24 hour cancellation/rebooking policy will have 50% of the service fee applied to their credit card. In order to keep the Spa atmosphere relaxing, Lemon Lily asks that you please turn off cell phones and pagers. Only those who are having services are allowed in the Treatment Room. Please leave your child(ren) in the care of a sitter at home in order to keep the Spa quiet and for you to experience the ultimate in tranquility and relaxation. Gift Certificates are available in person or via telephone. Lemon Lily will do the wrapping for you!!
